How The Law of Attraction Works

All Your Wishes are Fulfilled

As many books, articles and posts have already been written about the law of attraction, we will not delve into the same old stuff. Here we will talk about something practical and common sense. Pure proven science that works, and now you will know how. 

The Law of Attraction, according to metaphysical books, is a vibration of the universe tuned to the vibration of your desires. Some desires are not very desirable, but when you think about it, it is fulfilled anyway. Therefore, it is recommended, according to these metaphysical books and teachers, to use gratitude and focus on positive things, avoiding self-defeating negative thoughts at all costs. It is also said that everything we are living, is the projection of our thoughts, whether you like your life or not. So you have wished for it in one way or another. 

Great, you will say to me, -I have not wished to be poor, and for my partner to leave me. Well, according to the explanation of this metaphysics, yes, you have wished it. 

And here's the problem, they don't specify exactly how you have wished it; of course you haven't, and you don't want any of these evils that occur in your life, in fact you do everything possible to avoid these evils. I do that from time to time too, and magically I have more evils. ''The devil does not walk alone'' true.  

Your Magic Power Consists of the Attention and Focus You Give 

And here is the great explanation. It is not your desire that attracts evils, it is the focus, the attention you give to these misfortunes. It turns out that, when we are going through some kind of inconvenience, our brain focuses so much on solving it already, that this produces a lot of unpleasant feelings, that the only thing you manage to think about, is what you do not want, and you do everything possible to get out of it. Practically, you are psychologically and physically submerged in your discomfort. At this moment, your life is only on the negative side. The perception is that everything is wrong. In addition, the phenomenon of the Reticular Activating System RAS of your mind is in charge of filtering all the information from your focus, since it receives as an order to pay attention only to it.  Hence, everything you see around you are messages such as: Save me, I'm having a bad time!


Your conscious and unconscious attention, accompanied by feelings (positive or negative), are the cause of the attraction of most of the situations that happen to you. And this is the great magic. To pay attention to something with emotion, is practically to immerse yourself fully in it, pushing everything else aside. Hence the feeling that everything around you is exclusively this. 

And it's not Magic's fault?

More of a mystery, because we don't know exactly how our mind works, we can only analyze the event. When something good happens in your life, the body is nourished by the hormones of happiness: endorphin and serotonin, hence the butterflies in the belly. And when something bad happens, cortisol is the king of stress, and well, with stress, everyone has their own symptoms. The brain becomes addicted to the happy hormones, and then asks for more and more, hence the conscious and unconscious search for more. But the stress hormones, the brain avoids them by putting all the effort, and as it focuses more on the bad, it sees more bad, gets more stressed, and so a closed loop. 


How to Get out of this Loop? 

Here without willpower it will not be possible. You have to focus on what you really want despite all the evils. Stay away from all the information that feeds stress, including negative people. Immerse yourself fully in what you dream of. 

Don't say I DON'T WANT TO LIVE LIKE THIS, or, I DON'T WANT THIS, etc., as your brain focuses on what you don't want and filters out only that. Say it with all the emotion and desire (almost savoring): I WANT THAT, I LIKE THAT, I WANT TO LIVE LIKE THAT....  Your internal dialogue should focus only on positive speech. 

I know it's not easy, because we are creatures of habit, and in order to think differently, you need to develop this habit. So let's start there. 


Just 21 Days Creating a New Habit 

Hey, it's easy, really! You are going to introduce just one new habit. Remember, Just one new habit! 21 days, with willpower. I promise you that the perception of your life will change drastically. 


Now, I don't mean that your problems will disappear, and that you will only have good things, no way. Life for everyone on this earth is equal, between good and bad things. It's just that some people are more focused on the good things and others on the bad things. For this reason, when you talk to someone focused on his good part, it seems that he has no problems, he just talks and talks almost boasting about everything he has. And vice versa, we pity for bad luck the one who mentions it so much. 

And here the great solution, The Law of Attraction, is produced by THE FOCUS OF OUR MIND.

When you focus on something good or bad, you direct your energy towards it, you stimulate hormones for this situation, those of happiness or stress. Your mind prepares itself to fulfill the order, since its order is not your words, but that which calls your attention, and it begins to search a lot for everything you ask for. Until now, you were paying attention by impulse, unconsciously, but from now on, you will pay attention consciously and every time you get a negative thought, you will shake it off and replace it with a positive one. 

Rules:

1. Speak in a positive way: Instead of saying: I HAVE NO JOB, MONEY, CAR... say I NEED A JOB, MONEY, CAR... Instead of saying: I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN to me, say I WANT THAT TO HAPPEN. Instead of saying I HAVE PROBLEMS, say I NEED SOLUTIONS. Remember that The Law of Attraction works both ways, positive and negative. Focus on the good! 

2.When you talk to someone, talk about yourself only good things, don't share your problems no matter how much you feel like venting. I know that feeling victimized and saying how bad you are having a hard time, at first sight relieves (you need to be understood), but believe me, later your mind will take this emotion of relief with the information of the evils you told and will interpret it (Great, you had a great time being like this, have more). Remember: EMOTION PLUS INFORMATION equals The Law of Attraction

3. Practice your new focus for about 21 days, or until it becomes automatic, until you no longer need to force yourself because it comes out of inertia. 

Changing your focus of attention will put more light in your life, the mind will filter more of what you direct to it, and the body will be prepared for the attitudes according to your focus. You will have more lucidity in solving your problems efficiently, whatever they may be, and you will no longer feel in a dead-end loop. In fact, problems will no longer seem like problems, but rather challenges. And that's good for personal growth.
